Chemical Design Corporation acrylic based elastomeric roof coatings have
been designed for use over a vareity of surfaces. The water-based coatings
are produced with the highest quality 100% acrylic resins with reinforcing
laminar pigments and are non-migrating fire retardant. The Chemical Design
Corporation acryilc series provides superior durability, weatherproofing,
ultra-violet resistance and fire resistance. The coatings will provide
for a high solar reflectance and also a permanent flexible "breathing"
membrane.
Chemical Design's acrylic coatings were developed for extending the life
of metal, conventional built-up, modified bitumen, concrete, hypalon,

silicone coating which provides superior weatherproofing, ultraviolet
resistance and long term performance when applied over spray polyurethane
foam (SPF). The silicone is a single component elastomer which exhibits
a rapid cure when exposed to ambient conditions. Chemical Design Corporation's
silicone will perform long term weatherproofing in sub-zero to high heat
